Summary
Configuration profiles provide a way to create multiple distinct router configuration sets and apply them to the router based on current user requirements. This chapter is an overview of the Profiles page in BEAM routers.
Profiles
This section displays user defined configuration profiles and provides the possibility to add new ones:
To create a new profile, configure the router in accordance with your needs, go to this page, enter a custom name for the profile and click the ‘Add profile’ button. A new profile with the given name will appear in the list:
The ‘Apply’ button applies the adjacent configuration on the router.
Profiles can be switched with SMS Utilities, Input/Output functions or via this page.
